United Express treated me like a QUEEN! (guess they know I really am) I had wheel chair service and all.......the pilots even called ahead to Nashville when they saw me and ordered a sky walk so I didn't have to go down any steps to the tarmack.....got 2 packages of cheese crackers and ice water in a cup.......how about that and oh yes.....they brought me 2 pillows and a really soft blanket.
